Product description


Straw yellow color with a green shimmer. The bouquet is fresh, with notes of melon, pineapple, tropical fruit, tomato leaves, mineral notes, flint and sage. Pleasantly acid, in combination with balsamic notes. The taste is dry, aromatic with excellent aftertaste characteristics, nervous, very elegant.

Vinification: De-stemming and soft pressing of the grapes, cold decantation, the must is fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. 
Aging: Aging for 6 months in stainless steel on the lees
